The organization
MiFi-Hotspot.nl and ICMT-Antennes.nl provide mobile solutions internationally, which ensure that our customers, regardless of their location, have a high-speed internet connection without interruptions. These include USB modems, mobile wireless routers (MiFi), 4G/ 5G routers, M2M routers, 4G/5G Antennas, Connectivity (SIM cards) and associated accessories. The assortment of MiFi-Hotspot.nl and ICMT-Antennas is growing continuously. We are also distributor of Celerway and Teltonika routers, Poynting, Scan and Panorama antennas. We are a small-scale organization with a large reach.

Tasks
We are looking for an all-round Webshop employee. Do you have affinity with and experience in one (or more) of the following activities? Then we are looking for you!

• Posting content on the website and social media;
• Posting products and product information on the websites;
• Processing orders and packing packages;
• Helping, advising and informing customers both by phone and email;
• Other tasks where you provide support.

Are you also looking for variety in your role? Then you are at the right place with us! No two days are the same at MiFi-Hotspot.nl and ICMT-Antennes.nl. What will your working week look like? You will take on (one of) the described tasks with energy and you will also support in practical tasks such as the packing and processing of orders of MiFi-Hotspot.nl or ICMT-Antennes.nl.

We ask
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic webshop employee who will go for the best result every day. In addition, you have the following requirements:

• You have at least 1 year's work experience (in one or more of the above activities);
• You are (immediately) available for 20-40 hours per week;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing (English is an advantage);
• You have excellent communicative skills and you are customer friendly.
