Description:

The SCAN Iridium Passieve Omnidirectionele Marine antenna is designed, developed and manufactured for the following frequency range: 1616 - 1626.5 MHz (L-band). The SCAN Iridium Stacom antenna can be deployed wherever you go around the globe.

The antenna gain is 6 Db (Marine). The carefully designed antenna elements are sealed in a high quality metal housing. TheSCAN Iridium Passieve Omnidirectionele Marine offshore antenna has a stainless steel whip and is designed for sailing boats and corrosive and demanding Marine and offshore  environments and applications.

The SCAN Iridium Marine antenna is in combination with optional brackets suitable for mast, wall, railing and deck mount.

The antenna cable (optional) requires an N-Male connector to connect to the antenna N-Female connector at the bottom of the SCAN Iridium antenna. All metal parts are dc grounded so a ground plane is not required. With the SCAN Iridium you get a light weight satcom marine and offshore antenna, suitable for corrosive and demanding environments.
